Great for stress relief, and relaxation. Unwind, take time out, breathe and receive. I use organic oils, often coconut or sweet almond. I can include face, neck and head techniques, hands and feet (unless ticklish!) This massage will be tailored to your requirements. Flowing effleurage, lymphatic drainage, mobilisation of joints, stretching, rocking, energy work and tapping may be used if necessary.
